Before you come
How does an enquiry work?
Send us your dates, the number of guests and the house you like. We reply with availability and the price for those dates. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Which house should I choose?
The Pool House sleeps five in three bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single) and has its own pool. Houses One and Two each sleep four in two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles. For a group of up to eight, book House One and House Two together.
Is the pool shared?
No. The pool belongs to the Pool House and is private to its guests. Houses One and Two have their own outdoor area.
Can we bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed in any of the houses.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 30 days before arrival, 50% of the stay is charged; from 14 days, the full amount.
What times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The minimum stay is two nights.
What happens when we arrive?
We usually meet you at the house and hand over the keys in person; a key box is there if you arrive late. We speak Greek, English and Albanian.
